23~~They
{God's unfailing mercies}
renew/'are
new' every morning.
Great
is Your faithfulness!
24~~
The Jehovah/God is my portion,
says/thinks
my soul.
Therefore,
I have been caused to have
{caused by the doctrine resident in his soul}
'absolute
confidence'/hope in Him.
25~~The
Jehovah/God . . . {is} good
to
those who 'endure patiently in absolute confidence' {qavah}
for
Him . . . to the person/soul who seeks Him
{describing positive volition toward Him and His Word}.
26~~
It is good that a man should wait quietly/silently
for
the deliverance/salvation {t@shuw`ah} of the Jehovah/God.
27~~{It
is} good for a man
to
bear the yoke when he is young
{because the opportunity to fulfill spiritual life is great}.
28~~Let
him keep on sitting alone in silence
and
keep on being quiet.
For
He {God} has laid it on him.
29~~Let
him bury his face in the dust;
that
there may yet be hope {tiqvah}
{recovery from reversionism always requires humility
that is the principal here - a humble mental attitude}.
30``He
keeps on giving his cheek to him
who
is caused to strike him.
He
keeps on being 'filled full'/satiated {saba`}
with
reproach/scorn.
31~~For
the 'Adonay/Lord
will
not 'cast off'/disapprove forever.
32~~For
though He brings grief,
will
He will show compassion
on
the basis of the abundant
of
His mercies {grace in action}.
33~~For
He does not willingly bring affliction
or
grief to the children of men.

crush under {His} foot
all
the prisoners of the land.
35~~To deny man his rights before the Most High.
36~~To
deprive man of justice . . .
would
not the 'Adonay/Lord see such things?

can speak and have it happen
if
the 'Adonay/Lord has not decreed it?
38~~Is
it not from the Mouth of the Most High
that
both calamities and good things come?

should any living 'human being' complain,

punished for his sins?

us examine our Ways and test them

let us return to Jehovah/God {rebound principal}.

us lift up our hearts/'right lobes'
and
hands to 'El/God {God with emphasis on His Omnipotence}
in
the heavens.
{Note: Rebound is a private activity not a group event. That is just gossiping on yourself and gossip is a sin. Rebound privately, directly to God. (Note: there is one exception - and that is when you have so maligned your right pastor-teacher that you must confess to him so he can pray to God on your behalf - see James 5:14.}
42~~We
have sinned
{pasha` - rebound of prolonged sin - confession of sin to God - I
John 1:9}
and
rebelled {marah}.
And,
You have not pardoned {calach} {us}.
{Note:
Pardon here means to remove the discipline that normally occurs when
you rebound your sins to God. When you keep 'short accounts' and
confess your sins often, He pardons you - cursing is turned to
blessing. But in prolonged carnality - through neglect of the rebound
technique - then RBT says you are still forgiven when you confess the
sin, but God does not 'pardon you' from the 'strong
discipline'/'liability punishment'.}
