Psalms

Chapter 113

{Chapters 111-113 is a Trilogy - all Start 'Praise You Jahh'}
1a~~{Title} Praise You . . . Jehovah/God {Jahh}
  {halal - Piel - Intensive stem -
  this is also the imperative mood - this is a command -
  halal-Jahh is sometimes transliterated Hallelujah}.

{Verses 1b-3: Capacity for Grace}
1b~~Praise/'Intensively Give Glory'
  {halal - Piel - Intensive stem again},
O you servants of Jehovah/God,

{Note: In the Church Age, all believers in Jesus Christ are in full time Christian service. We are all slaves of the Lord. As Paul said, slaves . . . remember you are free men in Christ. And masters . . . remember you are slaves of the Lord.}

1c~~Praise/'Intensively Give Glory'
  {halal - Piel - Intensive stem again},
the Name/Person {shem} of Jehovah/God.

{Beginning of Grace Orientation}
2~~Blessed/'Being adored . . .
{is} the Name/Person of Jehovah/God
  {expression of Category 1 Love for God}
at this time
and forevermore.
  {this is the expression of a mature believer who
  has seen and understands the Grace of God}

{Note: A person can not love what he does not know. Love for God is only possible when you have the capacity to love Him. And you only have the capacity to love Him when you have the doctrine in your soul that tells you all about Him. Today, all He wants us to know about Him is in writing. Metabolize that into your soul and with maturity, you will come to love Him to the maximum. His love for you is perfect and never changes. In the analogy, He is the male and the initiator. We are the female, and if we listen to Him, we will respond to His love.}

{Perpetuation of Grace Orientation in Phase II}
3~~From sunrise/'the rising of the sun'
  {beginning of the day}
unto sunset/'the going down' . . .
  {end of the day}
the Person/Name of Jehovah/God
is being praised.

{Verses 4-6: Road of Jesus Christ}
4a~~Exalted above all nations . . . Jehovah/God.
  {this is a prophecy of the Humanity of Jesus Christ becoming
  the King of all Kings - His Humanity will Rule}

4b~~And His glory above the heavens.
  {this is referring to His Deity - so in one verse we have
  the Hypostatic Union - Deity and Humanity in One}

{Note: Jesus Christ humbled Himself to take the form of a man to resolve the angelic conflict. He became lower than angels, and then in resurrection body, is made higher than angels.}

{Verses 5-6: Humiliation and Glorification of Jesus Christ}
5a~~Who is like unto Jehovah/God . . . our 'Elohiym/Godhead?
  {this is the answer first - then will come the question}

5b-6~~Who was caused to ascend
'to sit in a place of blessing' {yashab}
  {yashab - to dwell in blessing and glory}
on High . . . 6~~
Who, having humbled Himself,
to appear in the heavens {shamayim},
  {means Jesus appeared in the heavens BEFORE
  He went to the cradle}
and on the earth!
  {now here is AFTER the cradle}

{Verses 7-9: Road of Hannah (see I Samuel 2) and Nehemiah -
  The Common Analogy of the Three (including Jesus) -
  from Dunghill to Glory}
7-8~~He 'raises up'/promotes {quwm - Hiphil participle}
the weak/helpless/broke {dal}
out of the dust,
and lifted up
the 'hopeless type'/oppressed/distressed/afflicted {'ebyown}
out of the dunghill {'ashpoth} . . . 8
  {see also Lamentations 4:5}
for the purpose that
He may cause him to 'dwell in blessing and glory' {yashab}
with princes,
  {this is a reference to Nehemiah's category 3 friendship
  with the rulers of the Southern Kingdom}
even with the princes of his people.

9a~~The One causing to
'dwell in a place of blessing and glory' {yashab} . . .
the barren woman {`aqar},
  {reference to Hannah of II Samuel 2:5 -
  referring to her Category II love with her right man}
and to be a mother of sons . . . full of happiness.
  {Hannah's double blessing}

9b~~Praise You . . . Jehovah/God {Jahh}.
  {halal - Piel - Intensive stem -
