Chapter 11
{Verses
1:2 - The Seven Spirits of Revelation Chapter 1:4}
1~~And
there shall come forth a shoot/rod
{1st Advent of Christ}
out
of the stump
{Israel at its lowest point} . . .
of
Jesse
{Father of David}.
And
a Branch
{one of the titles of the Messiah -
the reason why Palms are cut down on Palm Sunday}
shall
grow out of his roots and bear fruit.
2~~And
the Spirit of Jehovah/God
{God the Holy Spirit}
shall
rest upon Him . . .
the
spirit of wisdom
{application of doctrine}
and
understanding
{perception of doctrine} . . .
the
spirit of counsel
{Plan or purpose - residence and function
inside the Divine Dynasphere}
and
virtue
{Principal of the Christian way of life} . . .
the
spirit of knowledge
{objective reality, insight, intelligence, wisdom,
and understanding historical trends}
and
respect/honor directed toward God
{God the Father}.

And shall make him of quick understanding
in
the respect/fear/awe of Jehovah/God.
And
he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,
neither
reprove after the hearing of his ears.
{means he will NOT subjectively use his own viewpoint of life to
judge, but will objectively use God's divine viewpoint on the
matter - as he has metabolized it into his soul from the
consistent study of the Word} 4
but
with righteousness shall he judge the poor,
and
reprove with fairness/equity {n@kochah}
for
the meek of the earth.
And
he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth,
and
with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5
And
righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins,
and
faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
{Lamp
will lie with the Wolf verse - The Millennium}
6
The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb,
and
the leopard shall lie down with the kid.
And the calf and the young lion and the fatling together.
And a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed.
Their young ones shall lie down together.
And the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8
And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp,
and
the weaned child shall put his hand
on
the 'spitting cobra'/cockatrice's den.
9
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain . . .
for
the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah/God . . .
as
the waters cover the sea.
10^^And
then it shall come to pass in that day
{2nd Advent of Christ}
there
shall be a 'root shoot/sprout of Jesse'
{title of Jesus Christ: root= virgin birth, sprout= resurrection,
accession, session} . . .
Who
shall stand as a 'guide-on'/'military standard'
{the military standard that troops rallied around}
for
the people.
For
Him {Jesus Christ},
shall
the Gentiles 'be motivated to search'
{from the doctrine in their souls}.
And
His temple/'resting-place'/'place of prosperity'
shall
become the glory.
{Note: Paul quoted this verse in Romans 15:12. Gentiles with doctrine in their souls are still not of the chosen race of Israel, but they also can find the glory of the Lord through the study of the Word.}
11~~And
it shall come to pass in that day,
that
the Lord/'Adonay shall recover
for
the second time
with
His hand
the
remnant of His people,
who
remain,
from
Assyria,
and
from Egypt,
and
from Pathros,
and
from Cush,
and
from Elam,
and
from Shinar,
and
from Hamath,
and
from the islands/continents of the sea
{areas that existed at the time the bible was written -
these are the areas they will re-gather from}.
12~~And
He will lift up a guide-on/standard
for
the nations
{for the Jews coming out of these nations},
and
will assemble the banished ones of Israel,
and
gather together the dispersed of Judah
from
the four corners of the earth
{referring to the 4 hemispheres/weather systems of the earth}.
13~~Then
the jealousy of Ephraim
{Northern Kingdom}
will
depart,
and
those who harassed Judah
shall
be cut off.
Ephraim
shall not be jealous of Judah
{Southern Kingdom},
and
Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14~~And
they will swoop down on the slopes
of
the Philistines on the west
{today this would be referring to Europe}.
Together
they shall plunder the sons of the east
{destruction of the great Asiatic powers at the 2nd Advent}.
They shall possess Edom and Moab.
And the children of Ammon will be subject to them.
15~~And
Jehovah/God shall utterly destroy
the
tongue of the Egyptian sea
{The Suez Canal and Red Sea barrior will be removed}.
And
He shall wave His hand over the river
{Euphrates will also be removed as a barrior}
with
a scorching wind
and
shall strike it into seven streams,
and
make a dry road over it
{industrializing the Northern Part of the territory}.
16~~
And there shall be an highway
from
Assyria for the remnant of His people,
just
like as it was to Israel
in
the day that He brought them
up
out of the land of Egypt.
